REIKI CLASSES

Taking a course in Reiki gives you the opportunity to use this stress reduction and healing tool to yourself anytime and as much as you want! Reiki is easy to learn on a weekend course and no prior knowledge is required. Reiki will begin to flow through your hands the moment you place them on someone, something or just think of reiki.
In addition to giving ourselves reiki, we can give to other people to make them feel better, as well as to animals, plants, a relationship or situation and more. When we give others, we also receive reiki and thus we strengthen our own lifeforce by giving to others. Win Win!
The healing experiences on the courses as well as initiations together with practice can have a healing as well as a cleansing effect. This can be felt some time after the course, but it is not uncommon to feel it even before the course starts, a sign that the student is undergoing preparation. Bring your own lunch, there is a fridge and the possibility of heating food.
DIFFERENT COURSE PACE
Take one level at the time or combine levels. I teach all courses according to the International Center of Reiki Training (ICRT) guidelines and follow the ethical principles of the Swedish Reiki Federation.
I hold courses on request from beginners level to Master + Karuna Reiki® Master.

I offer physical classes in the following levels below
- Reiki level 1
Beginner course where you learn to transmitt Reiki with your hands.
- Reiki level 2
Continuation course that gives you a frequency increase and access to symbols that enhance healing.
- Reiki level 1&2 combined
First and second Reiki level combined over a weekend for you who want more tools at once.
- ART Advanced Reiki Training
First part of master/ deepening after level II. Gives you a frequency increase and invites you to learn more techniques and how to use crystals to send Reiki remotely.
- Reiki Master (inluding ART)
Combined course of ART and MASTER that opens up the possibility of powerful healing and personal/ spiritual growth. This course gives you the ability to teach Reiki.
- Karuna Reiki Master
This course is an in-depth of the Reiki System and can be taken 6 month after Reiki Master. This course gives you 8 powerful symbols and the ability to teach.
