Learn a deep relaxing method from Japan that has been practised for over 100 years. Basic technniques to treat yourself and others.
This is the basic course where the student is opened up to the power of Reiki that strengthens their own natural healing ability. Various Japanese treatment techniques with different hand positions are taught to use the hands to convey Reiki. An intuitive technique also trains the student to discover with their hands which areas of the energy body need Reiki.
In addition to reiki for yourself, it can be used for others, for plants, animals, food, relationships and much more.
The course includes practical elements, but it is also important to practice on yourself and others after the course to strengthen your self-confidence and gain experience.
Practical information level 1
Time: Saturday and Sunday: 9am – 5pm.
Price: 2900 SEK inc VAT (which 650 SEK is registration fee and not refundable upon cancellation).
